Colorful Little Buns
"Colorful little buns made especially for my little one, featuring three vibrant colors—red, yellow, and green—her favorites! These buns contain no oil and little salt, making them nutritious, mild in flavor, and perfect for kids to enjoy."

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients: flour, tomatoes, cucumber, and eggs.
Step 2
Mix the flour with warm water to form a slightly soft dough, cover with a lid, and set aside to rest.
Step 3
Shred the cucumber into thin strips using a grater, add a small amount of salt and sesame oil, and mix well.
Step 4
Score a cross on the surface of the tomatoes, blanch in hot water, peel off the skin, cut into small cubes, add a small amount of salt and sugar, and mix well.
Step 5
Beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt, heat some oil in a hot pan, pour in the egg mixture, scramble into small pieces with a spatula, and remove from the pan.
Step 6
The salted cucumber and tomatoes will release some water; drain it out so they are as dry as possible.
Step 7
Roll the rested dough into a long strip and cut it into even small pieces with a knife.
Step 8
Roll each small piece into a thin round dough wrapper.
Step 9
Place a rolled dough wrapper in your hand, add the three fillings in sequence, and wrap into small bun shapes.
Step 10
The wrapped small buns are delicate and adorable.
Step 11
All the small buns are wrapped.
Step 12
Boil water in a pot, brush oil on the steaming rack, arrange the small buns neatly (forgot to take photos), steam over high heat for three minutes once the water boils, then remove from the pot.
