Ingredients
Instructions
Melt the Chocolate
Break the milk chocolate and white chocolate into separate pieces and melt each in its own bowl over a water bath, stirring frequently.
Draw the Templates
On parchment paper, trace 6 circles of 7 cm in diameter and 6 rectangles of 9 x 7 cm. Place the paper upside down on a large tray or plate.
Fill the Shapes
Pour the melted milk chocolate into the traced circles and rectangles. Spread it evenly with the back of a wooden spoon, taking care not to overflow the outlines.
Insert the Sticks
Place a wooden stick at one end of each circle and rectangle. Dab a little extra melted chocolate on top to glue the stick in place.
Sprinkle the Crumbs
Sprinkle the chocolate cake crumbs evenly over the wet chocolate shapes.
Chill
Transfer the tray to the refrigerator for 1 hour, then carefully peel away the parchment paper.
Decorate
Pipe melted white chocolate over the chilled cookies using a piping bag. Sprinkle with assorted colorful candies, chocolate chips, or almond candy, pressing gently so they adhere to the surface.
