Cordyceps Stewed Pork
Stewed lean pork with cordyceps to tonify the lungs and kidneys, nourish yin, and replenish blood.
Ingredients
Cordyceps (washed with warm water)
20 g
Lean pork (washed and blanched in boiling water to remove blood)
500 g
Cooking wine
to taste
Refined salt
to taste
Ginger slices
to taste
Scallion segments
to taste
White pepper powder
to taste
Meat broth
to taste

Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the pork, blanch it in a pot of boiling water to remove the blood, lift it out and rinse with clean water, then cut it into chunks. Wash the cordyceps with warm water.

Stew
Place the cordyceps, pork, salt, cooking wine, ginger, and scallions into the pot, pour in the meat broth, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off all the foam, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the pork is fully tender. Remove and discard the scallions and ginger. Season with salt and white pepper and serve.
