Step 1
Prepare the ingredients: mix the black pepper powder, sugar, flour, and baking powder together. Cut the butter, which has been left at room temperature for some time, into small cubes and add to the flour, mixing evenly. Add the chopped cilantro, and tear the original-flavor cheese slices into small pieces. Add 50cc of fresh milk, then mix all ingredients evenly.
Step 2
Take two plastic bags, divide the dough into two portions and roll flat with a rolling pin, then refrigerate for 60 minutes. Take out from the refrigerator, cut open the plastic bags, and cut the dough into strips about 2cm each. Use a fork to poke some holes in the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
