Ingredients

Donkey meat (washed with clean water) 300g
Donkey bones (washed with clean water) 200g
Scallion (washed and tied into a knot) 2 stalks
Ginger (washed and pounded to loosen) 1 piece
Star anise to taste
Refined salt 2 teaspoons
Monosodium glutamate 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper 2 teaspoons
cooking wine 1 tablespoon
sesame oil as needed

Prepare ingredients

Rinse the donkey meat and donkey bones clean with water; wash the scallions and tie them into knots, wash the ginger and bruise it, wash the cilantro and mince it.

Cook the donkey meat

Place the donkey meat and donkey bones into a large pot, add the knotted scallions, ginger, and star anise, then cook together; when the donkey meat is tender enough to fall apart, remove it from the pot and slice it.

Wait until the broth turns milky white, then add the sliced donkey meat and bring to a boil, then add refined salt, MSG, pepper powder, cooking wine, and sesame oil, and it is ready.
