Dried Mussel, Seaweed and Lean Pork Soup

Ingredients

lean pork (cut into strips, marinated with soy sauce, cooking oil, salt and cornstarch for 10 minutes) 180 g
dried mussels (soaked in water until soft, rinsed) 30 g
dried seaweed (torn into small pieces, stir-fry in a pot briefly to remove fishy smell and sand, soaked in clean water until softened, rinsed) 20 g

Prepare Ingredients

Soak the dried mussels in water until soft and rinse; wash the lean pork, cut into strips, and marinate with soy sauce, cooking oil, salt and cornstarch for 10 minutes; tear the dried seaweed into small pieces, stir-fry in a pot briefly to remove fishy odor and sand, soak in clean water until softened and rinse.

Simmer Soup

Put the soaked dried mussels into a pot, add an appropriate amount of clean water, simmer over low heat until boiling for 15 minutes, then add the seaweed and bring to a boil again, add the marinated pork strips and simmer until the pork is fully cooked, season to taste before serving.
