Ingredients

Yardlong bean (washed, cut into segments about 3 cm long) 250g
Dried baby shrimp (soaked in boiling water until rehydrated) 50g
Minced garlic to taste
Sesame oil to taste
Salt to taste
MSG to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the yardlong beans, cut them into segments about 3 cm long, set aside in a bowl; soak the dried shrimp in boiling water until rehydrated.

Pour boiling water into the bowl holding the yardlong beans, soak until the raw taste of the beans disappears, then remove the beans and place them on a plate.

Add the rehydrated dried shrimp, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, and MSG, mix evenly and it is ready to serve.
