Ingredients

peeled shrimp 300g
lettuce 200g
green and red pepper 1 piece each
cilantro to taste
wine (for seasoning A) to taste
salt (for seasoning A) to taste
egg white 50ml
starch 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil (for seasoning A) 15 ml
Salt (for seasoning B) to taste
White sugar to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Minced garlic to taste
Sesame oil (for seasoning C) 5 ml

Instructions

Remove the shrimp veins from peeled shrimp, marinate with seasoning (A) for a short while, then freeze for about half an hour.
