A sweet dessert made with snow fungus and fresh fruit — rich and fragrant, tender and silky-smooth, with wholesome nutritional value.
Ingredients
white fungus (soaked in water)
10 g
fresh fruit (cut into fingernail-sized slices)
150 g
white sugar
150 g
sugared osmanthus
1.5 g
wet starch (diluted for a light thickening)
25 g
Instructions
1
Steam the White Fungus
Soak the white fungus in water, add 300 g of water, and steam until soft and glutinous.
2
Cut the Fresh Fruit
Cut the fresh fruit into fingernail-sized slices and set aside.
3
Cook the Sugar Syrup
Place 40 g of water in the pot, add the white sugar, and simmer gently over low heat to dissolve the sugar. Skim off any foam.
4
Thicken and Finish
