kiwi (peeled, sliced) 75 g
egg white 1
wet cornstarch 15 g
salt 1/3 tsp
MSG 1/3 tsp

1

Prepare Ingredients

Oil-Blanch the Beef

Heat a clean wok over the flame, add cooking oil and heat to about 40% hot. Add the coated beef slices and stir to separate until cooked, then pour into a strainer to drain off the oil.
