Ingredients

Apple (peeled, cored, cut into cubes, and immediately soaked in water to prevent discoloration) 100 g
Dragon fruit (peeled and cut into cubes) 100 g
Mandarin orange (peeled, separated into segments with the white pith completely removed, leaving the orange-red flesh) 100 g
Strawberry (hulled, washed, and halved) 100 g
Kiwi (peeled with the hard core removed, cut into 2 cm cubes) 100 g
Salad dressing 150 g

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and core the apples, then cut them into cubes and immediately place them in a bowl of water to soak so they do not discolor. Peel the dragon fruit and cut it into cubes. Peel the mandarin oranges, separate them into segments, and remove all of the white pith so only the orange-red flesh remains. Hull and wash the strawberries, then halve them. Peel the kiwis, remove the hard core, and cut the flesh into 2 cm cubes.

Step 2

Place all of the prepared fruit in a large bowl, add the salad dressing, and toss well so that every piece of fruit is evenly coated. Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
