Red cabbage 2 slices
Carrot 1 piece
Okra 1 piece
Black wood ear mushroom to taste
Oil to taste
Salt to taste
Sichuan peppercorns to taste
Garlic to taste
Premium soy sauce to taste
Vinegar to taste

Prepare the ingredients, soak the wood ear mushrooms, and blanch them.
