General Waffle Making Instructions
This guide covers the different types of pancake makers, batter portion control, cooling methods for cooked pancakes, and tips for machine maintenance and batter adjustments.
Ingredients
batter (adjust amount based on waffle maker size)
3~6 tbsp
oil (apply to top and bottom waffle plates)
thin layer
water and fruit juice (for emergency adjustment)
to taste
Instructions

Preheat and Oil
Turn on the heat, apply a thin layer of oil to the top and bottom waffle plates.

Pour the Batter
Pour 3~4 tablespoons of batter into the bottom waffle plate (approximately 3 tablespoons for 18cm machines, 6 tablespoons for larger machines).

Bake
Close the waffle maker, bake for 4~6 minutes until golden brown. The waffle is done when no more steam escapes.

Cool
Place the cooked waffles side by side on a kitchen cooling rack, do not stack them to avoid sogginess.

Maintenance
Wipe thoroughly after use, clean with a damp cloth or soft brush, do not soak in water or clean with sharp objects.
