Ginger, Tangerine Peel, and Pepper Fish Soup

Ingredients

ginger (washed, sliced) 30 g
tangerine peel 10 g
pepper 3 g
fresh crucian carp (descaled, gutted, and cleaned) 1 (250 g)
salt (add a pinch when serving) to taste

Prepare the ingredients

Scale the fresh crucian carp, slit open the belly to remove the innards, and wash it clean. Wash the ginger and slice it. Place the sliced ginger together with the tangerine peel and pepper into a muslin bag, tie it securely, and stuff the bag into the fish's belly. Add an appropriate amount of water and simmer over low heat until the fish is thoroughly cooked.

How to serve

When serving, remove the herb bag from the belly, add a small pinch of salt, and it can be eaten on its own as a single dish.
