Mix Ingredients
Mix the egg white and lemon juice in a bowl. Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring constantly until the mixture is very smooth.

Place the cookies on a cooling rack. Use a spoon to evenly drizzle the icing over the cookies, then let set.
