Glutinous Rice Jujube
A tender, sweet snack made by filling plump jujubes with soft glutinous rice dough and cooking them in simmering water.
Story
The jujubes become wonderfully soft as they cook, while the glutinous rice dough inside takes on a gentle, slightly chewy texture that contrasts nicely with the fruit's natural sweetness. This simple preparation makes for a comforting treat that's perfect for a quick snack or light dessert.
