Goji Berry and White Fungus Stew

Ingredients

White Fungus 15 g
Goji Berries (rinsed with cold water) 5 g
Rock Sugar 150 g
Granulated Sugar 50 g
Egg White 1

Step 1

First rinse the goji berries with cold water, then soak the white fungus in warm water for 1-2 hours. Remove any impurities and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Take one clay pot, place the white fungus inside, add clean water and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for about 2 hours. Add rock sugar, granulated sugar, and goji berries, then continue cooking for 20 minutes. Pour in the egg white and stir gently to combine, simmer briefly, and serve.
