Stir-fry filling ingredients
Heat oil, stir-fry ginger slices until fragrant over high heat, then discard the slices. Add mushroom cubes, carrots, and tremella, stir-fry over high heat briefly.

Prepare the soup
Add 5 cups of water and sweet corn puree, bring to a boil, then add seasonings and thicken with a starch slurry.
