Green and Red Radish Beef Brisket Soup

Ingredients

beef brisket (cut into chunks, blanched and set aside) 300 g
green radish (cut into irregular chunks, set aside) 50 g
red carrot (cut into irregular chunks, set aside) 50 g
water 2000 ml
honey date 1
north and south apricot kernels a pinch
dried tangerine peel 3 g
salt (seasoning) a pinch
rice wine (seasoning) 2 tbsp

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the beef brisket into chunks, blanch in boiling water, and set aside; cut the green radish and red carrot into irregular chunks and set aside.

Step 2

In a stockpot, combine the water, beef brisket, honey dates, north and south apricot kernels, and dried tangerine peel. Bring to a boil over high heat, cover, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Step 3

Add the green and red radish chunks and continue to simmer for another 1 hour. Serve.
