500 g
tofu
500 g
fox nuts
100 g
lean pork (washed)
200 g
garlic clove (peeled, washed, and lightly crushed with the back of a knife)
1
fine salt
a pinch
Instructions
1
Prepare the ingredients
Peel the hairy gourd, remove the fuzz, rinse thoroughly under running water, and cut it into chunks; set aside. Peel and wash the garlic, then lightly crush it with the back of a knife. Rinse the remaining ingredients separately under clean water and set them aside.
2
Simmer the soup
Fill a clay pot with an appropriate amount of water and place it over high heat. Add the garlic and fox nuts. Once the water comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 hours. Then add the lean pork, tofu, and hairy gourd, and continue to simmer for another 1 hour. Finally, season with fine salt to taste and serve.
