Story

A humble yet iconic staple of Chinese home cooking, hand-torn cabbage has graced family dinner tables for generations, cherished for its incredible simplicity, bright crisp-tender texture, and deeply savory, comforting flavor. Unlike cabbage cut with a knife, the irregular hand-torn pieces soak up seasonings far more evenly, and the dish comes together in mere minutes, making it a go-to choice for busy weeknights and casual family meals alike.
