Ingredients

He Shou Wu 15 g
Black chicken meat (minced) 90 g
Eggs (beaten) 2
Ginger (finely minced) to taste
Salt to taste
Monosodium glutamate to taste
Shaoxing wine to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Cut He Shou Wu into strips, place in a cheesecloth bag and tie the opening securely; mince the black chicken meat, finely mince the ginger, and beat the eggs well.

Step 2

Add 500 ml of water to the He Shou Wu, simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Discard the herb residue and keep the decoction, then mix it with the minced black chicken meat, ginger, beaten eggs, salt, Shaoxing wine, and monosodium glutamate to taste. Stir evenly, then steam in a steamer until set.
