Hemp Seed Braised Chicken Legs with Dried Bamboo Shoots

Generally, dried bamboo shoots taste best when braised with meat. Today, chicken drumsticks and dried bamboo shoots are paired to create a delicious dish. A Jiesai auto-cooker is used for a quicker and more convenient preparation without sacrificing flavor. A sprinkle of hemp seeds is added at the end for extra nutrition and aroma.
