Hot Dog Bread
Wrap the dough around the hot dog, allow to ferment, then bake. Pipe mayonnaise over the surface and sprinkle with dried chopped scallions.

mayonnaise
a pinch
dried minced onion (sprinkle after baking)

Shaping
(Roll the dough into a long strip about 20 cm,) and wrap it around the hot dog.

Fermenting
When the dough has doubled in size, score 1 cut on the surface (do not cut through to the hot dog), and squeeze on a small amount of mayonnaise.

Baking
Bake with top heat 200°C / bottom heat 180°C for about 12 minutes, and sprinkle with dried minced onion after baking.
