Cut the tofu into pieces, blanch in water, then remove.

Cut the ingredients and set aside.

Heat the wok, add oil, add hot pot base, and stir-fry until red oil appears.

Add carrot and onion, stir-fry until the onion fragrance is released.
Step 5
Add half a bowl of water; after the water boils, add tofu and wood ear mushrooms. Add salt, thirteen-spice powder, and soy sauce.
Step 6
Stew for two minutes, add minced green onion and minced garlic. Drizzle in sesame oil before serving.
