Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 160°C (th. 5). Grease an 18 cm square shallow mold.
Make the dough
Put the butter and flour in a mixer and blend until it reaches a breadcrumb texture. Add the sugar and mix until a dough forms. Place the dough in the mold, press down firmly and level it using the back of a spoon.
Bake the dough
Bake for 35 minutes, until the dough begins to turn golden. Cool in the mold.
Make the icing
For the decoration: place the icing sugar in a bowl and add enough lemon juice to obtain a thick, firm paste.
Prepare crushed candy
Keep the wrappers of the sour candy and crush them by hitting with a rolling pin. Remove the wrappers, place the crushed candy in a bowl and mix.
Cut and decorate
Unmold the shortbread dough onto a work surface. Cut it in half, then cut into strips. Coat the biscuit sticks with the icing, sprinkle with the crushed candy and the gold/silver sugar pearls. Let stand to dry.
