Job's Tears and Hyacinth Bean Soup

Ingredients

Job's tears (rinsed repeatedly) 30 g
Hyacinth beans (cleaned) 30 g
Chinese yam (washed and sliced thinly) 30 g
Buddha's hand (cleaned) 9 g

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients

Wash and thinly slice the Chinese yam, rinse the job's tears repeatedly, and clean the hyacinth beans and Buddha's hand.

Decoct

Place all of the above ingredients together in a clay pot, add 3 bowls of water, and decoct until reduced to 1 bowl.
