Wash the green peppers, add a little cold water, and blend into juice. Set aside.

Pour the green pepper juice into the flour, add a little salt, and mix well.

Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Roll the dough out into a large sheet about 3mm thick.

Cut into noodles about 0.5cm wide.
