Ingredients

Brownie batter (using your favorite recipe or mix) to taste
Green candy melts (mix some with white candy to lighten) to taste
Yellow candy melts (for making) to taste
White candy melts (for lightening green candy and making) to taste
Star candy mold (for making stars) 1
Colored sprinkles (for light effects) to taste
Small chocolate marshmallow candies (for tree trunks) several

Instructions

Make candy ahead of time

Make candy pieces ahead of time (p.130). Make stars in candy molds, filling only 1/3 full. Mix some melted green candy with a small amount of white candy to lighten. Make round bases in a mini muffin pan, filling cavities 1/8 inch deep. Refrigerate until set.

Bake brownies

Bake brownie sticks in silicone molds and cool (supported with parchment paper).

Coat cake

Coat with melted candy (p.130); refrigerate until set.

Seal bottom

Seal the bottom with melted candy in a cut parchment bag; place on a wax paper-lined cake board to set.

Assemble

Assemble with melted candy, letting it set between each step. Attach marshmallow candies to the bottom as tree trunks; attach trunks to the round base. Adhere sprinkle lights and candy stars. Each serves 1 person.
