Liqueur Ice
A frozen dessert made with syrup and liqueur.
Ingredients
syrup
1 pt (6 dl)
liqueur
2 oz (60 g)
white wine or water (for adjusting concentration)
to taste
Instructions

Mix
Mix the liqueur with the syrup.

Adjust concentration
Test with a saccharometer and add white wine or water to adjust to 18°B.

Freeze
Freeze using the standard method.

Plate
Sprinkle a little liqueur on top when serving.
