Step 1
Cut the tofu into small squares or triangular pieces and deep-fry until golden, then remove from the oil.

Heat a small amount of oil in a wok. Once the oil is hot, first sauté the cooked shredded carrots, scallion, ginger, and garlic to build the flavor base, then add the appropriate amount of soy sauce, vinegar, MSG, sugar, and the dried shrimp that has been soaked in warm water, and pour in a little broth.
