Mango Yogurt Popsicles
I bought a Magnum ice cream mold online and used a recipe I saw on Weibo. It's simple, effortless, and delicious! While shopping at Suning Plaza over the weekend, my husband excitedly spotted the exact same ice cream, only to see it labeled 'Italian handmade, 10 RMB a stick'. I secretly calculated that my homemade ones cost less than 3 RMB each! This recipe makes 4 Magnum-style popsicles. If you don't have a mold, just use regular plastic ones from the supermarket, or even clean empty yogurt cups. Pour in the batter, insert a stick, and freeze!
Story
I bought a Magnum ice cream mold online and tried a recipe I saw on Weibo—it turned out to be simple, effortless, and delicious! While shopping over the weekend, my husband excitedly spotted some popsicles that looked exactly like ours, only to find they were 'Italian handmade' treats selling for 10 RMB a piece. I did a quick mental calculation and realized my homemade versions cost less than 3 RMB each. A sweet moment of triumph!
