Meatballs and Pan-Fried Meat with Onion
With just a single piece of lean meat and half a purple onion, you can enjoy two delicious preparations: tender boiled meatballs and savory pan-fried slices.
Story
This simple meal makes the most of minimal ingredients by splitting the meat into two textures. The meatballs, mixed with chopped onion and boiled, offer a soft and juicy bite, while the marinated slices are pan-fried until savory and aromatic. Served alongside stir-fried onion strands, the dish brings a comforting mix of flavors and gentle warmth to the table.
