Step 1
Marinate using the same method for 12 hours. Remove and place bone-side down on a high-heat grill. Brush with 15 g of BBQ sauce.

Wait until the sauce bubbles, then flip. Grill the other three sides using the same method. Once all four sides are cooked through, it is ready to serve.
