Ingredients

low-gluten flour 50g
eggs 2 pieces
sugar 50g
matcha 5g
red beans 30g
butter 10g
baking powder 5g

Instructions

Separate egg yolks and egg whites, beat the egg whites, add two drops of white vinegar, keep beating, add sugar in three separate batches. Beat until the mixture does not flow when the bowl is flipped upside down.

Prepare the egg yolk batter: evenly mix egg yolks, butter, sugar, low-gluten flour, baking powder, matcha powder, and red beans.
