glutinous rice flour 100g
corn flour 200g
whole milk 210g
white granulated sugar 30g

Instructions

Step 1

Mix the corn flour, glutinous rice flour, milk, and white sugar together into a dough. If it's too wet, add more glutinous rice flour; if it's too dry, add more milk.

Take a small piece of dough, press it onto your thumb, and rotate to shape it into a cone.

Steam over cold water for 20 minutes and it's done.
