Story

This warm and soothing porridge comes together easily after soaking the millet overnight. The soft chunks of Chinese yam add a gentle texture, while the goji berries provide a hint of sweetness, making it a nourishing bowl to enjoy on a quiet morning.

Ingredients

Millet 50g
Chinese yam 200g
Goji berries to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the millet one night in advance and soak it overnight

Peel and chop the yam, then soak it in clear water

Turn on the heat to cook the soaked millet

After the water boils, add the yam and goji berries, and cook together for about 15 minutes
