Ingredients: 14g crispy fried chicken powder, 20ml water, 100g pork, appropriate amount of oil

Wash the pork and cut into strips,

Pour the water into the fried chicken powder,

Stir into a uniform batter,

Add the pork,
Step 6
Mix well and marinate for at least half an hour.

Pour oil into the pot and heat it up,

Put the meat strips coated with batter into the pot one by one,

Fry until golden yellow, then remove and drain the oil,

Put back into the pot and fry again for 30 seconds.
