Muesli Oatmeal Cookies
Soft and crunchy cookies made with quality muesli, perfect as a snack.
Ingredients

corn syrup
3 tbsp
brown sugar

muesli
175 g
cake flour
90 g
ground cinnamon

Prepare the oven
Preheat the oven to 160°C (Th. 5). Line 2 to 3 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Melt and combine
Place the butter, corn syrup, and brown sugar in a large saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring continuously. Remove from heat.

Mix the dough
Add the muesli, flour, and cinnamon, mixing carefully. Let cool.

Shape and bake
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheets, spacing them apart. Bake for 15 minutes, until the edges start to turn golden. Let sit on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then carefully transfer to a rack to cool completely.
