Mustard Chicken Strips
A Zhejiang-style dish: light and refreshing, traditionally believed to open the seven orifices and stimulate the appetite.
Ingredients
blanched young hen chicken meat (bone removed, cut into 5 cm long, 0.5 cm thick strips)

garlic cloves (mashed into garlic puree)

ginger (minced)

mustard (moistened with boiling water, sealed with paper, heated for about 15 minutes)

MSG

vinegar

Step 1
Remove bones from the chicken, cut into strips 5 cm long and 0.5 cm thick.

Moisten the mustard with boiling water, seal it tightly with paper, heat for about 15 minutes, then add the above seasonings, minced ginger and mashed garlic, stir well to make a sauce.

When serving, pour the prepared sauce over the chicken strips, toss to coat evenly, then transfer to a plate and serve.
