Prepare the materials
Line the tray with a thin steel plate in advance.
Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie
① Finely chop the chocolate and butter and place them together in a bowl. ② Fill a pot smaller than the bowl with water, bring it to a boil, then reduce to low heat. Set the bowl of chocolate on top of the pot and stir continuously until the chocolate and butter melt. Once melted, remove the bowl from the pot.
Make the nama chocolate
① Pour the heavy cream and honey into a small pot, heat over low heat, and remove from heat just before it reaches a boil. ② Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture and stir thoroughly. ③ Pour into the tray and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set.
Cut into pieces
① Lift [illegible] from the tray and cut into 3 cm squares. ② Generously dust the tray with cocoa powder, place [illegible] inside, and coat all sides evenly with the cocoa powder.
