Ingredients

flour 150g
rolled oats 50g
butter 30g
yeast powder 1.5g
baking soda 2g
milk 60g
salt to taste

Step 1

Soften butter at room temperature, cut into small cubes, and set aside.

Dissolve the yeast in warm water, let it sit for a short while until small bubbles form.

Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt into a mixing bowl. Add the yeast water and milk, stir evenly, then add the butter and oats, and stir into a uniform dough.

Roll the dough into a thin sheet, use a cookie cutter to cut out flower shapes, and randomly prick some air holes with a fork.

Preheat the oven, 180 degrees Celsius, 15 minutes! Sprinkle some salt water on the cookies at around 10 minutes!
