Okra can be a bit slimy, which many people dislike! However, it offers plenty of health benefits, so here is one way to prepare it.

Ingredients

Okra 250g
Chopped chili peppers 2 tbsp
Light soy sauce 2 tbsp

Wash thoroughly and remove the stems.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the okra, and cook for two minutes.

Remove and arrange on a plate.

Heat a separate pan with oil, add chopped chili peppers (available at supermarkets), stir-fry until fragrant, then turn off the heat.

Spoon the mixture over the okra.

Utilizing the residual heat in the pan (heat is off), pour in some light soy sauce to warm it up.
