Ingredients

Firm tofu 400g
Mushroom sauce 1 bag
Pork 50g
Scallion To taste
Garlic To taste
Soy sauce 1 spoon
Oyster sauce 2 spoons
Sichuan pepper powder 0.5 spoons
Salt 0.5 spoon
Shiitake mushrooms

Instructions

Cut the tofu into small pieces, mince the pork, chop the green onions and garlic, and prepare a bag of mushroom sauce.

Pour a moderate amount of oil into the pan, add the minced pork, and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the minced pork until golden brown, add the mushroom sauce, and continue stir-frying.
