Beef to taste
Onion 1
Egg white 1
Starch 1 spoonful
Cooking wine 1 spoonful
Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce 1 large spoonful
Salt a little
Cooking oil to taste

Wash the beef and cut it into slices.

Add one egg white, a little starch, and one spoon of cooking wine to the beef strips.
