Ingredients
Instructions
Make Mashed Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes, put them into boiling water and cook until done. Take them out and place them in a large bowl, mash them into a puree, then add salt to season and set aside.
Coating
Shape the mashed potatoes from Step 1 into small cylinders, and evenly coat the surface with a layer of breadcrumbs.
Deep-Fry
Pour enough oil into a pot and heat to 180°C. Add the potato balls from Step 2, deep-fry over medium-low heat for about 3 minutes, and turn the potato balls occasionally to ensure even heating. When the surface turns golden yellow, remove and drain the excess oil.
