This dish presents a whole sea bass sliced into a fan shape, garnished with bright goji berries and scallions. Steamed until tender and finished with hot oil and savory soy sauce, it brings a festive and elegant centerpiece to the table.

Ingredients

Sea bass 1 whole fish
Cooking wine 25g
Salt 5g
Steamed fish soy sauce 10g
Green onion 30g
Ginger 3g
White pepper 2g
Cooking oil 5g
Goji berries 1 small spoon
