Ingredients

White chocolate (chopped) 1 lb (450 g)
Heavy cream (heated) 4.5 oz (125 g)
Red food coloring a few drops

Melt Chocolate

Melt the white chocolate in a water bath

Heat the heavy cream and mix into the chocolate. Add a few drops of red coloring to adjust to a light pink
