Peanuts as needed
Water as needed
Rice as needed
Vegetable oil to taste
Green vegetables as needed
Salt to taste

Prepare ingredients

Prepare the peanuts, rice, and green vegetables.

Boil peanuts

Place peanuts in a pot with water and bring to a boil.

Simmer peanuts

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.

Cook rice

Add the rice and vegetable oil to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer until the rice soup is thick and creamy.
