Ingredients

Pork loin as needed
Potato 1
Carrot a small amount
Red ginseng as needed
Plant oil appropriate amount
Cooking wine a little
Water appropriate amount
Steamed rice as needed

Instructions

Prepare the vegetables

Peel the potato and cut it into small chunks. Peel the carrot and cut it into small chunks. Thaw the red ginseng in advance and cut it into small pieces.

Stir-fry the ingredients

Heat a wok and add an appropriate amount of plant oil. Add the potato, carrot, and red ginseng pieces and stir-fry briefly.

Simmer the curry

Add a little cooking wine and an appropriate amount of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer for a while.
